When this service is needed
-
01
You owe more than you can pay right now
The IRS offers short-term plans of up to 180 days and monthly installment agreements. Interest and some penalties keep growing until the balance is paid in full, so waiting usually costs more.
How we solve it: we confirm what you owe, check which plan you qualify for and request it.
-
02
You received a final notice before a levy
Before a levy, the IRS must send a Final Notice of Intent to Levy and Notice of Your Right to a Hearing at least 30 days in advance. A levy is a legal seizure of property, such as a bank account or wages.
How we solve it: we review the notice right away and respond before the deadline, including a hearing request when it applies.
-
03
A federal tax lien was filed against you
A lien is the government's legal claim against your property, and the public notice can affect credit and real estate deals. The IRS releases it within 30 days after the debt is paid; withdrawal, discharge and subordination are other options with their own requirements.
How we solve it: we check which option applies and prepare the request.
Postponing a tax obligation has a measurable cost.
These are penalties the IRS applies. In most cases, acting before the deadline is the most economical option.

What's included
This is the usual scope of the service. The final scope is defined in writing according to your case.
Account review
With your authorization we obtain your IRS records and confirm the real balance, years and notices.
Unfiled returns first
Most relief options require all required returns to be filed. We bring them up to date.
Payment plans
Short-term plans and installment agreements, with the payment that fits your budget.
Offer in compromise
We evaluate it honestly: the IRS generally does not accept an offer if you can pay in full through a plan or your assets.
Collection hold (CNC)
If you cannot pay because of hardship, the IRS may pause collection. Interest still grows and the IRS may review your finances later.
Liens, levies and penalty relief
Lien release, withdrawal, discharge or subordination; levy notices; first-time abatement or reasonable cause.
You only pay for what you need
We design the service around your situation and sign it in writing: scope, price and deadlines, with no fine print.

Questions about this service
If your question is not here, write to us and we will answer it in English or Spanish.
Ask on WhatsAppCan the IRS accept less than I owe?
Sometimes, through an offer in compromise. You must have filed all required returns, made required estimated payments and not be in an open bankruptcy, and the IRS generally will not accept it if you can pay in full through a plan or your assets. The IRS decides.
Do penalties stop on a payment plan?
No. Interest and some penalties continue until the balance is paid in full.
The IRS sent a final notice. Is it too late?
Not necessarily. The final notice comes at least 30 days before a levy and explains your right to a hearing. Contact us right away so we can respond before the deadline.
Can you represent me in U.S. Tax Court?
Our Enrolled Agent represents you before the IRS, including IRS Appeals. The U.S. Tax Court is a separate court with its own admission rules; if your case is headed there, we tell you in time.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the years, the balance and the option. You receive a written proposal, and fees are agreed in writing before any work begins.
